Everybody

In Branden Jacobs Jenkins play Everybody, every performer knows each role, and a lottery built into the beginning of the performance determines that show’s cast breakdown. When I was cast in the ensemble at Bennington, our director, Kirk Jackson, decided that, we’d have one lottery at the beginning of the process, since there were just three performances. Pulling strings out of a box, it was decided that I would play the perilous role of Everybody.
